Do I need to participate in all five tracks?

No! You have the flexibility to choose which tracks align with your current goals. Some members focus on one or two tracks, while others engage with all five for comprehensive development.

How much time commitment is required?

We recommend dedicating at least 3-5 hours per week for mentorship sessions, events, and personal development work. The more you invest, the more you'll gain from the community.

Is this program virtual or in-person?

We operate as a virtual network, making our programs accessible nationwide. We host virtual mentorship sessions, workshops, and networking events. Some local chapters may organize in-person meetups.
